Porcelain Etchant(Conditionung) - 10% Hydrofluoric Acid
It is used for Conditioning of metal free restorations fabricated with porcelain (ceramic) before cementation with resin and Conditioning of porcelain fragments before bonding or repair with composite resin.

Instructions:
A. CEMENTATION OF ALL-PORCELAIN RESTORATIONS
1. Isolate the external surface of the porcelain restoration with a thin layer of wax.
2. Etch the internal surface with Angelus® Porcelain Etchant (10% HydrofluoridrIc Acid) for 1 minute*. Wash abundantly with water and dry thoroughly. *Leucite-based porcelains are etched only for 20 (twenty) seconds.
3. Apply SILANE ANGELUS® on the etched surface for 1 minute and gently dry with air.
4. Proceed with cementation using a resin cement, according to the manufacturer’s instructions of the cement.
B. PORCELAIN REPAIR
1. Make a 2 to 3 mm bevel at the fractured area and wash with an air/water spray.
2. Etch the beveled area with Angelus® Porcelain Etchant (10% HydrofluorIdric Acid) for 1 minute. Wash abundantly with water and dry thoroughly.
3. Apply SILANE ANGELUS® for 1 minute and gently dry with air.
4. Apply bonding agent and a restorative composite resin, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Storage:
Store the product in a dry place protected from light.
